How to become a male escort: the selection process
From the form to a live profile there are four stages. None of them costs anything, and you can step out at any point.
Before you start
Male escort agency recruitment works differently from an ordinary job application. There is no vacancy with a closing date. Applications come in all year, thousands of them, and the agency adds a new profile only when it believes clients will book that man. Quality comes before numbers, so most applicants hear a no.
That makes the first impression matter more than usual. The agency knows nothing about you except what is on the form and in the photos. Take half an hour over it.
The four stages
You send the form and your photos
The male escort application asks for your personal details, your height and weight, your education and current work, the languages you speak, any relevant experience and your reasons for applying. A mobile number is compulsory.
You add at least five clear photos showing your face and your full body. No sunglasses, no cap, nothing nude. They do not need to be professional. A friend with a phone and good daylight is enough.
The agency assesses your application
Someone at TMC reads the form and looks at the photos. The question is simple: would the agency’s clients book this man, and does he come across as reliable?
You get the answer by email and by text message. Check your spam folder, because replies from an escort agency are exactly what mail filters like to hide.
A phone call, if needed
Sometimes the next step is a call. It is a normal conversation, a chance for the agency to hear how you speak and for you to ask what the website did not answer. Not every applicant gets one.
A personal meeting, with no obligation
The last stage is meeting in person. It commits neither side to anything. The agency explains how bookings run in practice and gives you its estimate of how you are likely to do. You can ask anything, including the questions about money that this site cannot answer in public.
If both sides want to go ahead after that, work on your profile begins.
What happens after a yes
Your profile is made with you. TMC works out with you which clients you are likely to suit, writes and designs the profile, and chooses the photos in consultation with you. Nothing is published that you have not agreed to.
You pick an alias. Escorts do not work under their own names.
You decide about your face. Photos can be edited so that you are not recognisable. The form asks for your first thoughts on this, and it is settled properly when the profile is made. The page on discretion and privacy for escorts covers what to weigh up.
Your rate is agreed. It is set for you individually, in consultation.
You are briefed. New escorts are told in full how the practical side works, and the agency keeps coaching afterwards. This is the nearest thing to training that exists, and it is free.
The terms you work on
The arrangement is between two independent parties on an equal footing. You are not an employee, and the agency does not instruct you. It offers you bookings. You accept the ones you want.
There is no contract full of legal clauses, no minimum term and no notice period. You can stop whenever you like, and so can the agency. You may refuse a request, a client or a particular act, always, without having to give a reason.
That looseness is deliberate, and it has not stopped many escorts from staying with TMC for years, in some cases twelve.
If the answer is no
Most applicants are turned down. It is rarely personal. Often the photos did not show enough, or the motivation gave too little to go on.
A no is not a judgement on you as a man. It is a commercial estimate that the agency’s particular clients would not book you often enough to make a profile worthwhile for either side.
Common reasons a good candidate fails
- Too few photos, or the wrong ones. Group shots, filters, a ten-year-old holiday picture, a mirror selfie in a gym. The agency needs to see your face and your build as they are now.
- A thin motivation. “I like women and I’m good in bed” tells the agency very little. Say what makes you good company and how much time you can actually give.
- Wrong contact details. A mistyped number or email address ends the process without anyone noticing.
- Not answering. If the agency emails or texts and hears nothing for a week, it draws the obvious conclusion about your reliability.
- Expecting a wage. Read how much male escorts earn first so that the money conversation starts from the right place.
A warning about paid courses
If you look into how to become a male escort or how to become a gigolo, you will come across sites that sell courses, certificates or paid memberships. Some take a registration fee and never produce a single booking. A genuine agency earns its money from clients who book, so it has no reason to charge applicants. TMC charges you nothing at any stage.
When you are ready, the form is on the male escort application page.
