Legal

Privacy policy

This policy explains what happens to personal data on becomeamaleescort.co.uk, and in particular to the details and photos sent with an application. Last updated 10 October 2026.

Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is:

All Sensez B.V., trading as The Men’s Company
Kerkstraat 61A, 5154 AN Elshout, the Netherlands
Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 08204738
Email: info@themenscompany.com

All Sensez B.V. is established in the Netherlands and is subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR). Where it processes the data of people in the United Kingdom who apply through this site, the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 apply as well. This policy is written to meet both.

Visiting the website

This website sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or social media scripts. Fonts and images are served from the site itself, so your browser makes no requests to third parties when you read a page.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. As with any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your request in order to deliver the pages and protect the service against abuse. Cloudflare acts as a processor on behalf of All Sensez B.V. for this purpose.

The application form

What is collected

When you submit the application form, the following is sent to The Men’s Company:

  • first name and last name
  • email address and mobile number
  • date of birth
  • street and house number, postcode, town or city, and country
  • height and weight
  • marital status
  • education and current occupation
  • languages spoken
  • relevant experience, if you choose to give it
  • your motivation
  • whether your face may be recognisable on a profile
  • the five to eight photos you attach

Your browser reduces the size of the photos before sending them. The form also contains two technical checks against automated submissions: a hidden field that must stay empty, and a measurement of how long the form took to complete. Neither identifies you.

How it is processed

The form is handled by a small server function that checks the submission and then delivers it to The Men’s Company as a single email with the photos attached. Your details and photos are not stored on this website or in a database belonging to it, and the function keeps no log of personal data. Once the email has been handed over, the website retains nothing.

The email is transmitted through an email delivery service acting as a processor on the controller’s instructions.

The only purpose is to assess your application to work with The Men’s Company as an independent escort, and to contact you about it.

The legal basis is that the processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR), together with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form (Article 6(1)(a)).

An application to do escort work, and the statement that applicants are heterosexual, may be regarded as information concerning a person’s sex life or sexual orientation, which is special category data. This information is processed only on the basis of the explicit consent you give when you submit the form (Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR). You can withdraw that consent at any time, as described below.

Who sees it

Your application is read only by the people at The Men’s Company who deal with recruitment. It is not given to clients and is not sold or passed to third parties. Processors, namely the hosting provider and the email delivery service, handle the data only as far as is technically needed to deliver the email.

How long it is kept

If your application is not successful, your details and photos are deleted no later than four weeks after the application process has ended. They are kept longer only if you have given permission for that, for example because you would like to be reconsidered later.

If your application leads to you working with the agency, the details needed for that are kept for as long as you work together, and you are told at that point how they are handled.

Contact by email or phone

If you email, text or phone the agency, the content of your message and your contact details are used to answer you and are deleted once the matter is closed, unless they form part of an application.

Transfers outside the UK and the EEA

The controller is in the Netherlands. If you apply from the United Kingdom, your data is therefore sent to the EU. The UK government treats EEA countries as providing adequate protection, so no further safeguard is required for that transfer.

Cloudflare and the email delivery service may process data in countries outside the UK and the EEA, including the United States. Where that happens, it takes place on the basis of an adequacy decision or the standard contractual clauses approved for such transfers.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal data held about you
  • have inaccurate data corrected
  • have your data erased
  • have the processing restricted, or object to it
  • receive your data in a portable form
  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of what was done before you withdrew it

To use any of these rights, email info@themenscompany.com. A request is answered within one month. Withdrawing consent during an application ends that application, and your data is then deleted.

Complaints

If you think your data has been handled wrongly, please contact the agency first so that it can put the matter right. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In the United Kingdom that is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). In the Netherlands it is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Age

This website is intended for adults. Applications are accepted only from people aged 21 or over, and the form checks the date of birth for that reason.

Changes

If this policy is changed, the new version is published on this page with a new date at the top.
